Planned Pethood Plus is a statewide educational and advocacy program focusing on decreasing the high euthanasia rate in Colorado's animal shelters; more than 80,000 will be killed this year because too many have already been born.

Planned Pethood Plus addresses this problem by networking with animal groups throughout Colorado, through aggressive public education, and by offering the lowest cost spay/neuter program in the state.

Planned Pethood Plus sponsors Low Cost Vaccination Clinics, provides special services for the elderly and disadvantaged, and conducts welfare cruelty investigations statewide.
